At AtelierDIC, each box is curated with care and shipped on a monthly schedule to ensure consistency and quality.
📦 When We Ship
• All subscription boxes are shipped during the first week of each month
• Once your box ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information
Because we curate boxes in advance, shipping dates are the same for all subscribers each month.
🕒 Delivery Time
• Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier
• Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, but this is not guaranteed
• Please note that shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or holidays are outside of our control
💸 Shipping Fees
• Monthly subscriptions: Flat $10 shipping fee per box (all tiers)
• Annual subscriptions: Free shipping on all monthly boxes included in the plan
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
🌍 Shipping Locations
• We currently ship within the United States
• International shipping may be available in the future
📬 Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.
• AtelierDIC is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses
• Address changes must be made before the monthly billing date to apply to the upcoming box
📦 Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your box, please contact your local carrier first.
